FROM THE COMMANDER

We celebrated our 100th Post Anniversary on August 6th. I want to thank everyone who
helped with making our post look great, patching holes, painting, putting down carpet,
cleaning etc. We had a great turn-out and got to see some people we haven’t seen in a
long while.

Our mixed pool league will have a sign-up sheet soon at the post so if you’re interested
make sure you sign up. Ohio has its first Female VFW Commander. Our post is going to
have a Fish Fry on the 20th of October from 5:00-7:30, and as always volunteers are
needed to help on this event.
