NEWS FROM THE AUXILIARY PRESIDENT

Hello Gang! I hope everyone is keeping cool. It’s been hot!

I wanted to thank everyone who helped us with our spaghetti dinner! The food was really good, and we had a lot of compliments. Let’s make our next one even better.

Auxiliary is collecting donations of clothes and shoes for the Amvets through August 1st. Please spread the word. Dropoff on the table/floor across from the women’s restroom.

At our last meeting we voted on having a Thirty-One gifts fundraiser. For those of you who aren’t familiar with thirty-one gifts, they have something for everyone between lunch totes, large totes, organizational goodies, thermals, backpacks, etc. 25% of the sales will go towards the fundraiser. Please stay tuned for the date.

We are still doing the lottery boards $2.00 and $5.00 tickets available. It has been going very well.

We will have our monthly cruise-in on Saturday July 9th instead of the 1st Saturday as It’s a holiday weekend. This month we will have trophies and there is no entry fee. Please come help out during the event and or bring your cars, bikes, etc. We will have hamburgers, hot dogs and fresh cut fries to purchase. The hours will be from 12pm to 4pm. Hope to see you there.

Our next meeting will be held on Monday July 11th at 6pm. Please join us.

Remember to thank a veteran today!

Stephanie Gobrogge,

President
